The Iowa-Eastern Nebraska Moose Association was organized October 8, 1913.

Prior to September 1, 1909, the state of Iowa did not have any Moose Lodges.

Charles City Lodge 917 instituted 3/13/1912 and closure date unknown. Charles City Lodge 1011 instituted 6/16/1940.

Estherville Lodge 1046 instituted 7/1912 and closed 7/9/1926 and Estherville Lodge 1070 instituted 1/19/1949 and closed 8/28/1967.

Mt. Pleasant Lodge 1251 instituted 1/27/1913 and closed 4/6/1923 and Mt. Pleasant Lodge 1003 instituted 3/14/1948.

Iowa Falls Lodge 1272 instituted 2/12/1913 and closed 4/29/1921 and Iowa Falls Lodge 1331 instituted 10/10/1948.

Algona Lodge 1078 instituted 12/2/1913 and closed 8/1/1929 and Algona Lodge 1445 instituted 9/25/1949 and closed 12/3/1991.

Ames Lodge 1366 instituted 6/5/1915 and closed 12/3/1938 and Ames Lodge 520instituted 4/27/1944.

Webster City Lodge 1639 instituted 5/29/1916 and closed 4/26/1935 and Webster City Lodge 735 instituted 6/30/1941.

Newton Lodge 1688 instituted 1/30/1927 and closed 7/13/1929 and Newton Lodge 923 instituted 4/18/1943.

From 1910 until 1920

50 Lodges were instituted and 12 are still active.

 

From 1923 until 2006

28 Lodges were instituted and 12 are still active.
